Making Waves: Fall Festival
Celebrating our Sound Theatre Artists in a grand return to the stage
The ghost light is dimming: Sound Theatre is returning to the stage.
Sound Theatre Company returns to the stage with a celebration of artists across disciplines. Over the span of three weeks, the festival will provide space for 10+ artists to develop their work, try something new, and share what they discover. Disciplines range from dance, stand-up comedy, solo performance, poetry, play readings, and more.
Performances will be Thursday through Sunday at 7 PM PT. Each artist performs 1-2 times per week. See the line up below. Full artist bios coming soon.
All ticket sales go directly to the artists.
Safety guidelines and protocols:
Audiences capacity is capped at 30 seats each night. Audience members will be seated in pod seating (tables and chairs) to limit contact. Majority of seating is wheelchair accessible.
We are requiring proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test within 48 hours for admission. Masks must be worn by audience members when indoors. A COVID Safety Manager will on-site to enforce regulations. PPE will also be available on site.
[Image Description: a poster for Sound Theatre Company’s upcoming production. The poster depicts a photo of bright ocean waves fading down into a sandy beach, where there is the small outline of a person lying in the sand. Where the water and sand meet, there is the titular text in curving orange and white font, and there are blue and white curving lines drawn over top of the photo as well. The text reads: “Sound Theatre Company Presents: Making Waves Fall Festival / Oct. 21st – Nov. 13th / Celebrating our Sound Theatre artists in a grand return to the stage.” In the bottom left corner is the Sound Theatre Company logo. In the bottom right corner, it reads, “Live at 12th Ave Arts, 1620 12th Ave, Seattle, Wa.” End of description.]
