We are taking these immediate actions:

• We are in the process of entering into a contract with an intersectional equity consultant for organization-wide training.
• We currently require anti-racist learning as part of the on-boarding process for white staff and board members; however, the work does not stop there. We are creating a white learning group for company members who will commit to ongoing action and accountability.
• In support of the protests, we are donating to the bail fund.
