We are thrilled to announce the addition of Miss Jay O’Leary to our Artistic Staff as Associate Artistic Director. Miss Jay is an Afro-Latina Director, Actor, and Teaching Artist from New York who has made quite the name for herself in the three years she has been in Seattle. We believe Miss Jay’s reputation and work, both with her students and in the plays she directs (Welcome to Arroyos, Theatre Schmeater; Skeleton Crew, ArtsWest; B, WET [upcoming]), are directly in line with our mission, and executed with a marked passion. We are excited for Miss Jay’s contributions to Sound Theatre as well as the Seattle Theatre community as a whole.
